Dear Committee peoples,

Jo mentioned last weekend that she may not have my proposal. If you're missing either my proposal or Rod's visit http://hartwellplayers.org.au/temp/merchant/ - I've just popped them there temporarily to avoid resending files via email.

As I see it, your options are:

1. Decide at the next committee meeting without us. 2. Ask us questions and receive our responses before the meeting. 3. Have us attend to answer questions on the spot.

Personally I prefer option 1 or 2, learning the result via email the next day. However, those of you in AYLI may wish to discuss an approach and let us know.

While I'm here, I'd like to respond to the comments in the PSC meeting notes:

Agreed. I thought Dead White Males was excellent.

Agreed. I would certainly appreciate being teamed up with someone who can jump in with suggestions and notes, and help keep me on track. However, I don't feel I would learn a great deal serving as assistant director on a show: I'm more likely to hold back from contributing, feeling that the directly has everything under control. I don't care for labels, and would be happy with "directed by Nathan Jones & ___________"; I'm just noting that I needto jump into the deep end, either on Merchant or another play.
