Nita's Quiche (with changes)

An easy quiche where everything is mixed together and forms a base by itself.

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 1 ½ cups milk
• ½ cup grated cheese
• ½ cup self raising flour
• ham
• small onion
• parsley or spinach
• other stuff. eg: zucchini, squash, asparagus

What to do

• Mix together and bake for one hour
