Hot chocolate fudge sauce

From SFI April 2003, page 73.


  • 400g sweetened condensed milk
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp (surely this could be omitted)
  • 1/4 cup cream

What to do

  1. Place condensed milk, butter and chocolate into a jug or bowl. Melt on medium (50%) for 2 mins, stirring half way through. Mix well.
  2. Stir through cream.
  3. Heat in microwave for 1 min when ready to serve.
