Hot chocolate fudge sauce
From SFI April 2003, page 73.
- 400g sweetened condensed milk
- 200g dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp (surely this could be omitted)
- 1/4 cup cream
What to do
- Place condensed milk, butter and chocolate into a jug or bowl. Melt on medium (50%) for 2 mins, stirring half way through. Mix well.
- Stir through cream.
- Heat in microwave for 1 min when ready to serve.
